Trefoil Properties, LP is a diversified regional real estate firm, developing and managing real estate projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland, with a focus primarily on office and retail projects.

Trefoil Properties, like many of our new customers today, is one link in a long chain of client referrals. Trefoil is located in the Lansdale, PA of Montgomery County that originally needed simple, managed web hosting but over time has decided to become highly involved in our process, utilizing much more of what AddisonTech has to offer.

Based on Trefoil’s initial needs and because they wanted a strong sense of customer service, not automation, AddisonTech initially provided:

Later in the relationship, however, AddisonTech uncovered Trefoil’s constant struggle with FTP file management with their partners and vendors. We then provided them with a custom virtual planning room which now assists Trefoil in managing & organizing:

Architectural drawings
Contractor files with regards to property renovations & build-outs
System-generated & managed login data which provides users the ability to see only the files & folders that they have been granted permission to view

In 2008, additional custom enhancements were implemented into the custom file manager and virtual planning room based on user experience and detailed statistics. Echoing the value of custom-built web applications and confidence in AddisonTech's services and value, the year ended with discussions of moving beyond website edits and upgrading to an enhanced web identity.

Launched in 2009, the new website and web identity was kept in line with current marketing and corporate branding, yet expanded the possibilities with concept web graphics to elevate the site. The newly improved website improved their position and presentation for more investors and easier access to tools for tenant management.
