Our Customer Point-of-Contact System provides a comprehensive solution for storing and sharing contact information and tracking all communications with customers, partners, and vendors. On the surface, the system is a sophisticated address book which allows you to store company information, categorized by that company's relationship to your organization (customer, competitor, etc.). Next you can enter information about any number of employees of that company and assign relationships between primary contacts for that company, and internal representatives in your organization.

Once a company is part of the system, you can track all communications with that company. Upon receiving a call from an existing customer, your receptionist can quickly open a page outlining the details of her last call, and information about the status of her account, giving her the "big picture". At the completion of the call, she will be able to log the details of the conversation and record a phone message for one of your sales representatives. The system has built-in levels of security and will customize the interface based on who is using the system. For example each prospective customer stored in the system is assigned to one sales representative; other sales reps can view details about that client but do not have access to change that information.
