#2 - Your web site is the place to tell
your company's entire life story.

In fact, your past is the best way to build a rapport with potential customers. The depth of a web site is unmatched by any other advertising medium. A site can grow to hundreds or even thousands of pages with little additional overhead. A well-organized site should be designed to serve up as little or as much information as the visitor is looking for. If all you offer to your visitors is basic pricing and an incomplete picture of who you are, the best you can hope for is to be shelved on their mental list alongside all of your competitors who visitors also wish they knew more about. However, if you offer your philosophies of doing business, share the stories of your many satisfied customers, and help make visitors familiar with terms and concepts specific to your area of expertise, you will give them the trust and confidence they need to do business with you.

Tip #3: An effective site must be perfectly balanced...
